We love teaching as much as eating! Get in touch for personal or group cooking classes in Creole, Cajun, and Sushi. We will work with you to create a truly unique experience that you can bring home with you, and share with your family and friends...or bring them along with you!

THE MENU
Lobster Boulettes
Seafood Gumbo
Ms. Wilma’s Bread Pudding

We’ll start the day with a Partridge Berry Tea and get started prepping and cooking. Once our boulettes are formed, our bread pudding is soaking and our gumbo is simmering, Terrence will take you out for a mini foraging expedition. You’ll grab some goodness to garnish our dishes and enjoy the surroundings. When you return, replenish yourself with a home brewed ginger ale. We’ll finish our dishes, set the table and enjoy what we have prepared.

Newfoundland Style Sushi - You've never had Sushi like this!

Our locally sourced sushi is one of our most popular dishes, and you can come and learn all about it! If you wanted to come early (and weather permitting) we can go and harvest seaweed for our sushi and learn about the process of preparing it as well. Then we will learn the basics of sushi rice and how to make sushi rolls. After that we start on preparing the ingredients for the rolls. Terrence incorporates local ingredients such as candied scrunchions, locally dried seaweed, minced dried capelin and of course seafood. Interested? Send us a message and lets set a date!
